As usual Rox, you're talking about inside the box-thinking organization men like yourself. Like I said, with the 2G litigation behind them, IDCC can now go after top 5% managerial and technical talent with more creative compensation packages to match their enterprising spirits. The proposed rule expensing options does not outlaw equity incentives, obviously.

By the way, I said the average package is 35,000. Average means higher and lower values. LOL.

R&D, as a group, gets larger packages than the staff, but even then you have different scales within that group. For example, if the top 5% inventor is 3x to 4x more productive than the average inventor then the packages should reflect that too.
