What you're proposing for the engineering worker (and 35K shares for the clerks????) is just plain wrong and isn't done in this industry......hey...think I can get a job taking care of the plants at IDCC? Shoot...probably give me 10 or 20K options for that!
Also note that 5 year vesting is the norm for these options.
