One of the outfits MVTG hired months ago, DC consulting, is good at educating Nasdaq/OTC brokers and MMs about companies like MVTG, and his job was to recruit them to our side with good packages of DD on MVTG to stop renegade short raid attacks by bad MMs and hedge funds that prey on OTC stock early stage tech start ups like MVTG.

So part of what we see here on L-2 is that battle being waged. Also special broler clients that want say a million shares at X price, get MM/broker help executing those orders by manipulating the bid/ask to try and trick retail into selling low after buying high. Lucky for us we do not fall for Jedi mind tricks by MMs from the dark side.
