Joel, your trust in mgmnt is commendable particularly..."I don't believe that this is a sudden greedy grab for the riches.

Are you similarly comfortable with mgmnt's earlier action when they implimented an option plan without shareholder approval? (Apologies in advance for not being able to reference the specific option plan but it's well known). JK
