I cited the language from another proxy statement (for Universal Display: NASDaQ Symbol: PANL) which is virtually identical to the language from the IDCC proxy statement. It seems to me that this is relatively standard. I stated my belief that the language is deliberately a bit vague so as to not reveal and possibly sour potentially sensitive negotiations and/or plans. I admit that is speculative but based on the past track record of managment and my belief that there's no history of self dealing or unjust enrichment or inappropriate use of options relative to our competitors, I don't believe that this is a sudden greedy grab for the riches. Which is why I'm voting yes, but I urge everyone to vote their own minds and conscience and what they feel is best for their investment and the company and its shareholders even if in their opinion that vote is NO.
