Could be the same MVTG shares being flipped daily by day traders, to bracket and trap the price, and or buyers loading daily that do not want to move the price yet tell they are done buying cheap. One thing is Clear, the price is so stable the down side risk is nil, and upside potential is huge with all the coming news.
