“Parcel” means a parcel as determined by the Assessor for assessment
purposes only.



The above was taken directly from Ordinance No. 4291. Now, go ahead and define a parcel for tax purposes. Haven't we already been down this road countless times? We all know the answer to this. Yet some of you continue to rely on the 25 plant rule. The rule is 25 plants per parcel. Now define a parcel according to the tax assessor's office.
