And the Mendocino code says that there has to be 50 feet between the fence around the 25 plants and the boundary of the parcel. Sooooo, this isn't legal, no matter how you wanna define parcel:

The fence must include a lockable gate that is locked at all times when a qualified patient or caregiver is not in the immediate area. Said fence shall not violate any other ordinance, code section or provision of law regarding height and location restrictions and shall not be constructed or covered with plastic or cloth except shade cloth may be used on the inside of the fence.

LOL - are you saying the 100 or so plants called "A forest of og kush" are in 4 different parcels? That's just stupid - for one thing, parcels must be surrounded by a fence and separated by 50 feet.
