The officer I spoke with said he had already seen the video. He said he didn't listen to it; he turned the sound down and watched it, trying to figure out where it was. Hmmm....
I asked him if the grow was legal and he said no. The limit is 25 plants. I asked if Emerald Med Farms could have some special exemption and his response was that they all have a story as to why their grow is legal even when it is not.
