Data: In the example that you give you state that IDCC does not know whose embedded cellular module is in the alleged infringing device. I would assume there is some type of identifying mark on the module, so a teardown of the alleged infringing device would enable IDCC to determine if the module is from an IDCC licensee.

An alleged infringing company has a right to be upset if they are using a module from an IDCC licensee.
