I contacted a major law firm and found out a shareholder case against the management of the company would be called a derivative lawsuit. It would mean the shareholders would sue for the company and all shareholders. One thing that would help get things going would be shareholders petition the company's board of directors to act, such as demand they sue the old management for misappropriation of corporate assets, and using corporate assets for personal gain. Possibly additional demands to sue the current management for not carrying out his fiduciary responsibilities to protect shareholders assets. There may be more demands that can be added. If the board of directors doesn't act that would show cause for the derivative lawsuit against management.

We should contact a number of lawyers or law firms and we should agree on one to file the lawsuits. Hopefully we can find a few that are willing to handle the case and we can choose one.

This is separate from filing complaints with the SEC which can bring criminal charges against management.
