It's basically an acknowledgment that the company requested to go ahead with a material event. That letter is their approval of such request but does keep the pending action focused.

as count tweeter a public information , i don't think KMAG will hang himself again into mess .. so i will take all the action been taking care and MM is putting us back to QB..
