Ya JR the liar also said 2 years ago that he would file a Form 10 and provide audited financials. Neither of which happened. I guess the new lie covers us until August 2016. I wonder what crazy lie gets us into 2018?

This stock can't go to QB without becoming registered with the SEC. That means an "effective" Form 10. There is no independent evidence of that happening.

Second...no market maker will touch a suspended grey market stock that does not have an effective Form 10.

This whole 211 game appears to be an attempt to move the discussion off the missing Form 10.

And it's not like other stocks have not tried this play before. MIKP announced that they had found a MM to sponsor a 211...that was almost TWO YEARS ago....(they even named the MM I believe). Nothing has been submitted to date by the company's own admission.

Just a question of how long will the 211 promise last in keeping some amount of hope alive for KMAG?
