it is nice to say Matt had all the power, gave himself a Golden Parachute & was big wig. But, joey & VP lawyer guy gave Matt the BOOT & took away his golden parachute, all for what. We stockholders don't really have the answer, NOBODY knows but them.
it is nice to say joey & VP lawyer guy may be waiting for the outcome of the lawsuit to buy stock. There were many times joey & VP lawyer guy could have bought shares, no blood in the game, they are deadbeat officers. Yahoo says insiders hold 41.21M shares. CEO & VP lawyer guy just don't have a clue.
I also believe we need a BOD that will watch out for the stockholders, one that we pick and not these deadbeat officers.
The proof is in the pudding, the rest of it just doesn't matter.
