I do not think the blame for past problems can be put on Joe V. (who was the COO)or the lawyer. Matt Schissler was the Chairman and CEO, and made all the decisions AND HELD ALL THE POWER. I AGREE THE TOP OFFICERS SHOULD OWN SOME OF THE COMPANY SHARES, HOEVEVER THEY MAY be waiting for the outcome of the lawsuit. I also believe they need a seasoned executive for marketing.
