Why don't you use some common sense and relate the dilution to the business plan? I have cited several real world examples like QCOM, MRVL, RMBS and ARMHY that clearly show how companies have to dilute their stock to finance their growth. In other words, there is a reasonable trade-off between dilution and growth that companies have to make all the time. And no, if you don't understand the general outlines of the business plan by now then you will probably never understand it through every fault of your own.

As far as I can tell, the naysayers have avoided that clear correlation of those facts in favor of rehashing tired old arguments often devoid of any useful fact.
