remember the mj law firm they announced?

this is the key piece of info here

the real money is in grow house contracts

in co the laws allow each resident to 'own' mj plants
if the law firm works out the legal end qasp can essentially sell 'ownership contracts' to pot plants to any resident that wants 'ownership' as an 'investment'

the law doesnt specify that the 'owner' tend the plants

this has the potential for huge upfront profits and nice 'commission' on the back end on harvest and the 'owner' never has to do a thing except sign the 'owner' contract and send in the check for 'gardening' (space, equipment, nutrient, water, plant upkeep, security, harvest, etc)

if this is done correctly it has massive potential to become a new form of 'investment' for any mj legal state

this direction is a goldmine and i cant believe the pps is stuck at only .0007, perhaps once they pr this it will adjust to more appropriate levels (pennyland+) based on the long term money that can be made here

but they better hurry up bc im sure this will spread like wildfire once word gets out, hell they might want to hire me before i decide to do it and become their biggest competitor!
