Actually QASP said they were hiring a law firm that specializes in S.E.C. related matters. They never did divulge publicly the name of that company. The OTC shows 3 law firms involved here so I guess you are supposed to assume its one of those three.
They have NEVER SAID they were hiring a law firm that specializes in MJ.

So true and it's 6 plants each.
Every loser in a Colorado apartment can get in on the pot rush.
Nice to see at least one I-hub poster gets it.
The potential is massive.
Other States will mirror Colorado, GEI will duplicate in those States. Lord, just 10 years ago this would have been stoner talk. LOL

Hmm, interesting. Biggest hurdle I see is the 'private possession' definition and how a business might be able to navigate that for profit.

Paraphrased CO MJ law:
Adults aged 21 or older can grow up to six cannabis plants (with no more than half being mature flowering plants), privately in a locked space, and legally possess all cannabis from the plants they grow (as long as it stays where it was grown).

That last part is tricky. But hey, this is uncharted territory, so much remains to be seen as they flesh out these laws.
