It is recorded in the 10-K his pay and anyone else on the exec board... BUT he never pulled a paycheck and ended up forgiving the $300k that was due to him.

You say he is "accepting" his salary... No he isn't. They owe him money as of the last 10-k. He forgave the $300k and also lent the company money...

Expenses that he would be getting would be anything to do with the company like when he travels to shows, meetings with clients etc. Nothing wrong with that and we should expect there to be costs for this.


Why doesn't Steve Saleen forfeit his salary altogether like most CEO of a company in his situation?



Did he forgive the money that was due to him... Per the 10-K? Yes he did.
