I got a good laugh out of this one. "I knew it, I was just waiting for someone to go first then make my outcry known."
Steve Saleen as per the 10K is still on the payroll at $20,000+ dollar per month plus expenses. They don't have to report the expenses since it can easily hide in the $4 million of administrative expenses. How can a company with one location and 34 employees have $4million in administrative expenses? Can you explain that to me?
Steve did forgive the $300,000 from his last year salary THE DAY BEFORE THE END OF THE FISCAL YEAR no one is denying that, but he is still accepting his salary. We have to assume he is still getting paid $20,000 + per month + he is negotiating himself a bonus program because his 57% stake in the company is apparently not enough of an incentive to perform and he his receiving expenses all as per 10K.
What it doesn't say in the 10K is how much, but I would GUESS it his a lot considering $4 million in administrative expenses.
Why doesn't Steve Saleen forfeit his salary altogether like most CEO of a company in his situation?
