I wonder if those with much at stake would ever try to harm this study. Not to sound conspiratorial, but could they, say find out who the subjects of the study are and give them meds that would that would do the opposite of what Vascepa does? Probably far fetched, but if there are billion of dollars at stake, then... maybe?
