USEI management is very proficient at issuing misleading and vague press releases. On the surface, two stores is not a pump, however we know nothing about the details of this partnership.

Also, look at past activities. On the surface, these seemed solid, but were later revealed to be pumps...the most recent is the vapor pen sales. They were reported to be brisk, but no details have been reveled nor has there been any benefit to shareholders. Management refuses to release sales data.
