DD: TRU/LEGO/LONG:... The more I think about the Toys-R-Us deal, the better it gets. To think that Lego is the world’s largest toy manufacturer and they were advertising in REDG IP on FCBD shows great things to come here, IMO. So aside from other advertisers already present (i.e Capcom, Diamond Comics Distributors, Gamestop, DK Publishing's / Lego Movie Books, BBC America & Carbine Studios) just concentrating on Lego as a major toy manufacturer in the world and REDG ties to Lin Pictures (whom produced the blockbuster Lego Movie) as well as TRU. Of course I'll give props to Kris Longo too!

Lego Stats:

http://www.smartplanet.com/blog/bulletin/roundtable-how-lego-became-the-worlds-biggest-toymaker/

Lego went from crisis to becoming the world’s largest toy company in the span of a decade. It’s secret isn’t just selling US$1 of raw plastic for $75 – the company excels at engaging with its customers, understands its product, and has made the right strategic partnerships to expand its lineup beyond its namesake building blocks. We spoke with a number of marketing experts to take a deeper dive into the lessons that other businesses and entrepreneurs can learn about its remarkable turnaround.

Hollywood help: Lego's profits have been slowing recently as demand in Europe and North America has weakened. In 2012, net profit grew 35%, compared to 9% this year, and the firm has looked to Asia to help boost sales in the future."During the coming years the Lego Group expects to grow moderately ahead of the global toy market that is expected to grow low single digits," said Lego in its annual report.Slowing growth in toy sales is one reason the firm has looked beyond building blocks to other areas of revenue, like "The Lego Movie".Released in February, the film has been a surprise hit - holding the top US box office slot for more than three weeks and earning an estimated $183.2m thus far.Film studio Warner Brothers has already said it plans to release a sequel in 2017.

So with Toys-R-US having such a stronghold:

As imhereforthehaul found: http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=104475268
Lego and Toys-R-Us spent this for advertising (in 2013) – FIGURES IN THE MILLIONS:

imhereforthehaul outlines what we’re working with in TRU: http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=104475939

LEGO is a DUTCH Company. REDG have some ties in the Netherlands:
http://www.dutchdailynews.com/red-giant-partners-with-dutch-firm-in-european-expansion/ and Kris Longo obviously has ties to LEGO of America. So there are some contacts there for them to continue to advertise in REDG products or other mediums, IMO. The point is - the 400,000+ books distributed worldwide on Free Comic Book Day and the 100,000 books available at 2014 Comic Con all have LEGO (and others) nestled between the pages - so that's a FACT!

***Last but not least, there are the ties with LEGO and the Lin Pictures for Wayward Sons Legends - with Lego ties: http://www.hollywoodreporter.com/heat-vision/web-comic-wayward-sons-getting-436907

So not even counting any other manufacturers/companies (potential advertisers) that sell product in Toy-R-US (Hasbro, Mattel, Xbox, PS4, Capcom, etc..), tell me the entertainment industry and the toy industry won’t be knocking on the door right about now because of the TRU announcement?

I’m sure this list is being heavily referred to for other potential advertisers:
http://www.ranker.com/list/toy-companies/reference

I still stick to this as possible up and coming advertisers from e3 Expo 2014: http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=103245840 and this in mind http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=103913882

We all know that Kris Longo is a maestro in securing ads. He has many contacts and is building the brand name for what REDG does best: Comics, Movies, Gaming and other transmedia. It was proven in FCBD that he secured some heavy-hitters, including LEGO (my copy – which also shows “Lego Movie” and Lin Pictures Ties): http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=104006565:

With this latest news on TRU: http://www.otcmarkets.com/edgar/GetFilingHtml?FilingID=10092073 , this opens the floodgates on other advertisers in wanting to get their name out there onto the Giant Size Line through the Holiday period and beyond. It also encourages TRU to keep our line active. So the GENIUS here is advertisers want into our product so people shop at TRU and TRU wants to keep us as people shop there. Toy manufacturers and Video Game companies want this as well - wherever their products are situated. A full circle. Add a movie or two (or 10) to this, then it ramps up visibility and demand. Perfect placement - perfect timing, IMO. All this while REDG gets their IP's out to the masses....

Others on the board have done wondrous research regarding CPM http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=103989301 and pointing out that advertising geared towards those under 18 are twice to 3X’s that of regular ads. If REDG offers them deals on those, we’re still ahead! For instance, from Tony Stark: http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=104257820
