Afford, I've seen from your posts how passionate you are about NWBO and I appreciate that. I've been at this game for way too many years and have seen hits to a company and the stock SP that make this little dustup seem like the proverbial flea on an elephants butt. So you'll excuse me if I don't get excited about these things.

As far as proving MD/Buzdar purposely did damage - well you could construe his comment about possible damage to investors as going outside normal boundaries, but as far as the rest, if MDA does have a procedure about when to release data, all he did was state it. As far as MDA goes, if there is a procedure, all they did was state it - nothing wrong with that. The fact that everyone, including them, may break it may be hypocritical, but doesn't change that it exists.

Rather than a customer service problem, think of it as speeding. There is a law against it, but the common practice if for the police to give a 5 to 10 mph buffer over the posted limit. Even so, if you get caught by a over zealous cop or in some little burg's speed trap, you can't use the common practice as a defense against being ticketed and paying a fine.

My turn to say let it go, get over it. What's done is done. The only concern should be to find a way to keep it from happening again.
