I absolutely agree with FLipper. MD/Buzzkill purposely did damage imho.
Barnstorm describes this action as a customer service problem, where the company inadvertently sent out garbage spam and when their customers contacted them to alert them of this annoying they were then forced to make a public reply. This isn't what happened.
You can't have a firm do anything they want especially if it is damaging to another company because they feel like it. You can't have a firm that you are doing business with to falsely announce that rules have been broken when they weren't and infact it is common business practice. As far as I am concerned Dr Buzzkill conducted defamation and MD acknowledged it.
