That is not good news on EST II - I thought they could win that one

They better have Mulcahy staying at a cheap motel and eating fast food or margins will take a hit this quarter

When he got promoted, I thought a major Fed contract was going to be won (I was hoping EST II since they claimed they knocked the demo out of the park and they posted how Mulcahy grew the prior company fed biz to something like $53M or 5X VTSI in three years - in his last quarter overall revenues declined by 20% to a mere $2M not a great start for an accomplished VP of Sales)

The big bids are won based on ex-military advisors, lobbyists, political connections, minority contractors, and somewhere far down on the list technology features

But Mr. Engineer must know best and seems to feel shareholders do not need transparency or information.
