Meggitt Training Systems, Inc., Suwannee, Georgia, was awarded a $99,000,000 firm-fixed-price contract to provide the next generation simulator for marksmanship and squad collective training, modify marksmanship trainers and simulated weapons to the Engagement Skills Trainer II (EST II) configuration and procure EST mission essential requirements. Funding and work location will be determined with each order with an estimated completion date of June 17, 2019. Bids were solicited via the Internet with three received.
