Sorry but you are incorrect. Our class action suit will most likely NOT cost SH a dime since they are accepted on a contingency basis whereby the handling attorney receives anywhere between 25-33% of the settlement award.

There are probably hundreds of Cetek investors that will gladly sign on to the CA. If you are not interested so be it but it most likely will not cost you anything so welcome aboard if you change your mind. If there is a minor fee for an initial review of the case (uncommon) myself and a few others have pledged to contribute.

The only BIG loser will be Hilal and his bank account !!
