When CTKH was $.0001, 2, or 3 their may have been some investors with enough invested that a suit might have been worth considering. Now FH has managed to reduce investors equity to closer to $.00001,2, or 3 when you consider the reverse split. Unless something's done to put some value into the stock, I doubt anyone has sufficient monetary interest to bankroll a suit.

In short, FH has managed to screw us once again, and I doubt very much that he'll honestly be challenged for what he's done. You can talk about it all you wish, but I believe tens of thousands or more would be needed to sue as I don't believe an attorney in his right mind would do it based on a settlement that's tied to a defined successful conclusion.
