Just to let you know the Cetek class action suit had previously been explored awhile back but it was put on hold during the onset of the excitement generated by the reinstatement and ITAR developments.
If anyone here is not familiar with security class action law suits the majority are accepted on a strict contingency basis at no cost to SH. If however the law firm we choose needs a bit of a sweetner and additional monetary incentives are needed, I and a a few others here can certainly make that happen.
Personally at this point (win or lose) I would be happy to lay down some money if only to just place some hurt on this guy both mentally and in the pocketbook.
