CETEK CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT-Penny, I have the deep pockets and yes this will go forward with or without your support. OJ man is not invited for the ride as he seemingly would rather carry on about how foolish investors have been here. I guess he thinks of himself as the genius investor who was able to sell all his shares at the highs. Apparently though OJ man did get his hands caught in the cookie in other matters so he is not to be trusted.

Just to let you know the Cetek class action suit had previously been explored awhile back but it was put on hold during the onset of the excitement generated by the reinstatement and ITAR developments.

If anyone here is not familiar with security class action law suits the majority are accepted on a strict contingency basis at no cost to SH. If however the law firm we choose needs a bit of a sweetner and additional monetary incentives are needed, I and a a few others here can certainly make that happen.

Personally at this point (win or lose) I would be happy to lay down some money if only to just place some hurt on this guy both mentally and in the pocketbook.
