Personally, unless someone has deep pockets, I doubt anybody will be sued here. This will just die and eventually we'll view the "last" post with a date 1 year ago. Speculators will move on.

Only a disgruntled investor who not only has major skin in the game here and who also has some extra skin to pay a lawyer will take this to the next level. Otherwise CTKH may have a slow death.

My father put 20K in a company called "HydropSpace" many years ago. It went bust. I asked him what ever happened to the ticker and the price. He said....over a period of years it sortof just went away.
