Dishfan, I could be wrong but Colson only bought 2000 shares out of his pocket at market price when he was appointed to the board. I would assume since he's on the board if he made a purchase we would see a SEC filing.

The rest of his shares IMO have been awarded to him and other board members according to what management thought was right.

I assume the board members have some function but to date I have a hard time finding anyone that has made a contribution to IDCC.

If they have done so I wish management would compliment them at least once a year in the annual report.
