JimLur, just so you know,

Mr. Colson held 170,523 shares as of April 7, 2003, including 149,248 which may be acquired through the exercise of options or warrants which were exercisable June 7, 2003 or earlier.

Not included in that total is another 16,000 options which will vest next year at the ASM date.

So, after the sale of 50,000 today, Mr. Colson will have about 136,000 shares or options available for sale in the future. If IDCC goes to $50 next year, Mr. Colson's holdings would be worth $6,800,000 (before the exercise cost).

I'd guess we can expect other directors to be exercising and selling soon also.
