Also, in GHIL's previous filings they named who was being issued shares as a payment for a debt. On the 25 million share deal no names are mentioned. When I inquired as to who owned those shares, I was told that the 25 million share deal took place before Ross Gold reverse merged. That whole deal with the 25 million shares is bothering me. Why pay off a $25,000 debt with 25% of the OS? The current value of the $25,000 loan is over $32,000,000. Sure would like some transparency on these issues.
