The 25M shares have to be restricted

That is 25% of the company and whoever owns these shares is therefore an INSIDER. No way whoever owns the shares can sell them this quarter.

Now they might be able to sell 1% per quarter - that is the SEC rule that I researched is applicable to insiders, so 250,000 shares could be sold IF they entire 25M is not restricted, which I find very hard to believe.

Even in that scenario, it mean the float is about 350,900

Also, just a side comment. Poor choice on who they are using to sell stock. Did some DD and not the choice I would have made!
