My same sentiments. I find it hard to believe the owners would give someone they quite possible didn't even know $32M worth of stock for a 25K debt and a shell. Could they be that stupid?

Obviously, the shares were not worth that them, but still, who in their right mind would distribute 25% of the company for a shell and/or debt. I looked at the filings and if it's Lorne Green, then they are idiots to give him all those shares. My guess is Lorne Green, the shell owner had this chunk. If so, who is happier than what he stumbled upon these days??? May he eat, drink, and be happy.

Transparency is needed, I agree. I still maintain those shares have to have 144 status to them.
