Atrocious? - most definitely.
Criminal? - well I did say *possibly*, and clarified that was just an opinion.

The history though is what it is, regardless of my opinion. BIEL has not been managed well, period.

While we're on the topic of opinion, we both know this board is not tolerant of opinions that are not BIEL-positive, regardless of the facts, so a little ironic you should make that the basis of your response.


- No significant revenue for years.
- A multi-year history of PR's claiming a constant stream of new distribution agreements all over the world, yet still no significant revenues.
- Repeated dilution.
- A loss in share value of over 98% since 2009.
- Repeated denials by the FDA including to DeNovo applications.
- Claims by management they are "waiting by the fax machine for FDA approval at any moment" (their words, not mine), approval which never materializes.
