The intellectual property aspect is important.......but MJ goes by many names.....what's going to stop one of these bank's from coming up with their own name?......the bank itself will probably be able to bring instant brand recognition by attaching its own name to it even if the name of the card is crappy.....so "cannabis card" needs to build its own brand recognition ASAP to avoid becoming a trademarked product worth nothing...... That's why people are complaining about time.
