So you don't understand how the sec filing works here but let me help you. They did not stop disclosing they are late with there 10k. Happens all the time and they will become current once they release the 10k which will be less than 2 weeks away. They just have yo file 30 days after the due date. Sorry to burst your bubble but just do a little more research on the sec rules before posting please.
