Hate to be the one to burst your bubble (not really) but I don't think the 10K is coming. If it was, why would the company quit disclosing their SEC filings?

That looks to me like they chose to quit complying with the SEC requirements... which has nothing do to with getting the audits done and the filings prepared.

I think they've decided to quit reporting. Of course, the problem with that is, the stock will eventually be delisted for a failure to file timely reports unless they file a form stating they are no longer going to file.

This looks like a great product and a company with real potential but I am seeing red flags that tell me that things are not quite as they seem. Only a fool would put more money into this before this reporting issue is cleared up satisfactorily.

Also, can anyone tell me where I can purchase their products? I want to buy some Super Lubricant for my cars.
