Actually, when they file a NT 10K, that gives them an extra 15 days only.... not 30. The final deadline for the 10K was April 15.

Still, they can get back on track by filing that 10K... It's no big deal either way since they are now a pink sheet company and it's unlikely they will be going back onto the QB. Apparently otcmarkets.com has decided to charge some pretty serious dough for a QB listing as well as requiring a minimum $.01 bid.
