That's it. That's what she used to eat. I remember it well.

As near as I can recall she was the only one who liked the stuff though.

When she would make lutefisk, my Dad and I would leave the house. I think the other kids ate it but couldn't say for sure.

Reminds me of another dish my grandmother used to fix.... for breakfast, scrambled eggs and calf brains. Unbelievable...

They were farmers and I used to love to go there in the summer time but I can remember being hungry many times too for I couldn't eat some of the food she fixed. Blood sausage! That not only tasted bad...but it looked bad.

Geez, I'm about to lose my appetite (for salmon burgers tonight).
