Express Scripts is in a full court press:

Has anyone had to write a justification letter to their Prescriber or PCP before explaining why they need to be on Vascepa? I have a pretty good idea what I want to say but if anyone has a version of their justification letter please post it. Thanks.

Express Scripts is delaying or denying my script for Vascepa. I'm currentlty taking Vascepa off-label.
