Two comments on Delaware filing to enjoin:

1. I like this lawyer Mary Graham. She is forceful and eloquent. I hope we hear from her again real soon.

2.Micron's (delayed, I think) reply to Rambus's motion to transfer to Ca. is due one week from tomorrow (March 15th), and Rambus's reply two weeks thereafter, March 29th. I wouldn't be surprised to see Rambus hurry their reply, arguing in it that it is blatantly unfair to have any legal expenses incurred in Va if case is enjoined. This matter may be expedited because of "rocket docket" dates. I'm not sure when Rambus HAS TO REPLY to the RICO allegations. Maybe someone on the board can speak to this.
