Don't think you'll get many contrarian views here on the topic in general. See: RAMBUS’S MOTION TO ENJOIN We should see something from his court shortly but I'm not holding it to 3 days it may take a bit longer.

If Micron gets a decision from VA they hope they can circumvent or “cloud” any proceedings on infringement. If they can’t they hope they can introduce more delay or just stretch the Rambus legal team thin. IMHO

As to Jordan’s decision I think the special masters recommendations shed some light on the courts views on the JEDEC matters as they pertain to fraud. As far as the allegations pertaining to MIPS that should be an issue between MIPS and RMBS. If I remember correctly MIPS is a RMBS client/partner. Micon’s filing in VA does produce duplication with what’s scheduled for Jordan’s phase 3, the question is will Jordan tolerate it.
