I agree with your frustration.. very pertinent questions indeed. I am going to wait till end of September... To see if some of the very valid suppositions from fellow shareholders such as Large Green et al that we may expect to have the "Fair & Reasonable Settlement" show its hand by then.

If things don't show up by then, I 'll explore a lawsuit, perhaps it will be best if we all (at least a majority of us, who are 'true' shareholders here) re-litigate this whole thing, starting with getting the real 3.1 PA, SEALED documents Unsealed and exposing the whole Fraud that is Grand-Theft WAMU.
