Jim .. I recognize that. I'm trying to think how an institutional investor will react to receiving that press release from First Call. They don't like bad publicity about their stocks even if in the long run it might do some good. They don't like management's attention being diverted by an organized, public shareholder revolt. They also don't want their clients asking why they hold stock in a company where the management is accussed of being greedy, especially in today's environment. If you knew how quick these guys are to pull the sell trigger you might be as concerned as me and Teecee.
