Question: What is the easiest most affirmative method of finding share structure of a stock? I have been using DDNOTESMAKER.COM....for some reason it's not producing as of now so I'm using the opportunity to refine this process....I have read but have not adopted the possible method of using the SOS of the state in which the security is incorporated.....So step by step....how can I quickly, accurately, and without doubt, gather all available share structure information....I'm on a goal to have the most time efficient and accurate DD possible. Thank you.
ie.
1. go to otcmarkets find ? filing
2. go to sos of that state and use search box using ticker
3. share structure will be stated.....?

.............or perhaps there is another website like DDNOTESMAKER??? Thanks again.
