Yeah, you have to wonder where else management used "incomplete data". Financial statements maybe? I don't know about OTC confidence, but it shakes shareholder confidence for sure. And how do we know Pinedo actually owns 60% of the company's shares now? He didn't even know how many shares there were. Are we expected to believe he didn't know how many shares he had? This is a mistake that should have never happened.
Sometimes cancer is cured same day as diagnosis, if you've got the right doctor.
Have any examples of CE removal same day as attorney letter?
Wrong board?
From what I can see on the OTC website it seems to be taking 3-4 weeks from filing of attorney letter to CE removal on other tickers recently. PGPM has submitted 3 attorney letters, so depending on where we count from, it could be anytime between Monday and just after the July 4th holiday for CE removal. This thing is a fire cracker with umpteen fuses of different length and we just don't know which one is lit. Most likely there will be slow and steady bleeding of the share price until CE is dropped, but when the fuse burns out, you just won't be able to chase it. Do your own DD on the topic, here a link:
Caveat Emptor Status Changes
I emailed OTC midday Wednesday and haven't heard back yet. You are not alone there. I'm not sure what the trick to getting a response is. I might try back tomorrow if CE is not off by then. GLTY.
CE= Caveat Emptor. In other words, a black mark for OTC traded stocks.
My sarcasm gauge just shattered.
Last hour to buy in the month of May.
Plenty of meat on the bone for anyone wanting to get in now. Still a 10-bagger-plus from here!
I like the way you're thinking Icy!
Someone on this board is always predicting it's coming down "tonight". All I know, eventually they'll be right. GLTY
...also, most small/micro cap stocks trade at a very significant P/BV multiple. Plenty of room for PGPM to run.
There seems to be some persistent confusion by some on this board. You do not multiply BV by P/E to get share price. What most of you are referring to is a P/Tangible Book ratio. You need earnings/EPS to calculate P/E.
Less conservatively, the Russell 2000 trades at a multiple of 81.46. I don't see why we couldn't use that number. That gives a PGPM per share price of $.2607 based on earnings. This thing could run that high or higher. Why not?
According to the last four quarterly reports, I see:
Q1 2017: $559,960
Q4 2016: $1,197, 008
Q3 2016: $1,007,913
Q2 2016: $939,782
So, annual earnings of $3,704,663.
Thus, $.0032 EPS and a current P/E ratio of 3.27.
The S&P is currently trading at a P/E multiple of 25.55; if PGPM was trading at that market standard P/E, it would be trading for $.0818.
So, I certainly would be possible for this thing to run to around $.10, IMO.
Agreed. On both points.
I'm curious, if Pilgrim Petroleum PLC is the parent company of PGPM, why are they shown to control less than 20% of shares in the supplemental disclosure statement? By definition, wouldn't a parent company need to own a majority of voting shares?
Not gonna lie, I found Thursday's price action a bit scary, but I held tight. That pullback defied reason; and that alone was enough to create doubt if we're going to be honest with ourselves. Really hoping for that CE to be dropped soon so MMs can play their games at much higher prices. GLTU. Go $PGPM!
Not really, would be nice though. You can't trust the bid/ask prices in the middle of the night, they don't mean a whole lot.
Could be as soon as midnight tonight, might take up to a few more weeks. I'll bet it will be sometime this week, then we'll all see how spring-loaded this ticker is.
Please, this thing moves in a healthy, churning, stair-step way. If you're looking for a fragile, straight up ticker to loose your money with, look elsewhere.
I bought with Scottrade over 2 weeks ago. When were they not allowing buys?
Yeah... I'm long here but not in my wildest dreams does this company have a $64 billion -$72 billion valuation. I haven't seen the letter you are referring to. GL.
Yup, too many eyes on this now, too many positive things going on. This thing is ready gap up and establish a much higher base first thing Monday. GLTA
Same SS, but the company seems to be in a better place than it was in '06. If this ran to $.20 last time, GAINS could be right in thinking it could run to $.25 this time. I can only hope! GLTY
Pennyland!
And most companies trade at a significant multiple over BV, especially those with positive earnings. PGPM worth more than $.04/share imo.
LB got a little banged up in last night's game against the Bobcats. Put some Flex Power on it LeBron.
That's a very nice DD collection. Well done Green!
This thing just blew up today and not a word on this board.
My streamer shows that this thing is up infinity percent. Why am I not rich yet? Too bad infinity percent of zero is still zero.
Paint job.
Looks like no one had any paint.
No offense taken. I hear ya.
Is it even worth painting today? The ask is only .065 and you're not goint to move it with a paint brush IMHO.
The MEC website tells you how long the promotion will go for:
"INIX: MEC Promotions LLC has received two million restricted shares from Ifinix Corporation for two months of market awareness services."
I'd say that leaves about 3 weeks (enough time for audited financials to be released). I'm expecting some action in this stock over those next 3 weeks. Anything can happen after that which is why I'm thinking short-term with this one. GLTY
Positive news from PSTI and 100%+ jump in share price today. Anyone know if SCLL still retains a position in this company or has an option to buy after its symbol change (from PLRS) and RS? TIA
L2 has looked that way for days; I was wondering the same thing.
