It should now be clear that information is key to determining share price. However, it is not the only factor that has an effect. Since the stock market is the product of human decision, our characteristics must also be factors. While many financial theorists argue that all market participants are rational, the reality is that we are not computers and therefore are subject to that thing which sets us apart: emotion.
Emotion causes market participants to make what, with hindsight, are determined to be emotional decisions. Fear causes us to sell stocks because we are afraid they are going lower, and greed causes us to buy stocks because we hope they are going higher. Being afraid and hoping are not rational thought processes, but rather emotional outlets in the pursuit of pleasure and pain. It hurts to lose money, and it feels great to make money.
The results are stocks that go up higher or down lower than the presently available information warrants. Eventually, rational valuation of information takes over and these stocks move toward their fair value, but the process takes time.
What I meant by rigging a chart, was that they made sure that what I saw did not come up when people scan for stocks. They changed a very bullish signal to bearish. That is why I said that Stockscore was the only site that "ignored the noise".

Someone is rigging the chart.
Big week for short term price, should get back to .02s and higer after a day or two. Will possibly dip to finish forming the pennant.
OK PEOPLE time to get this thing moving !!!
So from 2015 to 2016 there was not a million dollar turn around on the Net from operations, 2015 833,000 loss to 2016 a 292,000 gain?

Maybe just maybe, I stopped someone who was fearing losing money from selling because of that fear. To believe in a company is one thing but to see your hard earned money disappear is another. I believe in the charts because they dont lie, humans do. I have believed in a CEO before. The fact that Jan is so transparent is great and I have nothing bad to say about him, but my motto is fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me. So I taught myself about technicals and charts so that I would have confidence when the market makers are shaking weak hands out of their shares. We saw that happen all last week. I also post links to places where others can learn if they choose to do so. It has been many years since I was in formal education, but even then 90/% of the time you were teaching yourself anyway. The professor was just a guide.
I should have said Pennant

As I stated before, I came here because of the chart, BUT the more I learned about Jan, his plan, and his passion to be as transparent as legally possible, I have slowly become a "LONG".
This is the only tool that "ignored" the noise the market makers are creating in pgus.
Continues to stay the same while the others say sell. I look at the chart and continue to like it. It doesnt hurt that I have checked out the story behind this stock. I hate to say this but this is one that I will hold and let it play out long term.

I went out to play senior softball and left a limit order for more than the ask. The ask was .02 limit order was for .0214 got filled at less than .02
3 day hold comes off tomorrow, will be buying more first thing in the morning. It will be me hitting the ask, because I dont want to be chasing.
Lastly, I believe that he also must understand stocks and charts, because until this plays out there is no reason to give a public update. When it does, and it will be soon, a public update will propel this stock to a more appropriate valuation.
This is what He helped to build. In the sense, help start this company.

I honestly found this stock because of the chart.(which will play out shortly in our favor) I kept trying to find something wrong with this stock. I have spent hours searching because I just knew that I could not be this lucky to find a stock with this kind of potential for two cent. This happens to other people but not me. This family (Telanders) have done some amazing things in business and to me, have the experience and know how to pull off an amazing story like this.
About ProGreen US, Inc. & CEO Jan Telander
ProGreen US, Inc. (ProGreen), (OTCQB: PGUS ), www.ProGreenUS.com , @ProGreenUS, is a US company engaged primarily with investments in agricultural and real estate projects in Baja California, Mexico, both through its joint venture partnership with Inmobiliaria Contel S.R.L.C.V. (Contel) and through its majority-owned Mexican subsidiary Procon Baja JV (Procon). Until 2016, the company was called ProGreen Properties, Inc., and was engaged in the business of acquiring, refurbishing and upgrading residential real estate into modern affordable homes, some being aimed at the local real estate market and some sold to European Property Investors. The company's name was changed effective July 22, 2016 to ProGreen US, Inc., "…to better reflect the expansion of the company's business activities going forward, investment in agriculture land in Baja California, further planning for residential and commercial real estate developments in the area, with integration of advanced solar technology." The ticker symbol was also changed, from PGEI to PGUS. Prior to ProGreen, Jan Telander, the Chief Executive Officer, had been a property developer in Spain for nearly 40 years, had built several developments with his brother, Ulf, having built and sold over 500 properties. Jan was also a founder of the Swedish solar products manufacturer, SolTech Energy Sweden AB (SOLT:FN Stockholm).

Me too, today was not what it seemed. Money still flowing INTO the stock.
If you believe anything he says, just go back and read his last 50 or so post, very telling.

My opinion is that between the 10 and the 21st we should see a nice move north.
The chart is Oh so close to take off. Any push and we are off and not looking back at these 02s again. All aboard...........
After my personal experience with a penny stock CEO I am one of the most skeptical people I know about believing in a penny stock company, but even I can not deny that this CEO, whom I have had no personal contact with, has done all the right things. Starting with "putting his money where his mouth is". I have NEVER seen anything like this in a penny stock. This stock needs to get to a real stock exchange so that real INVESTORS who understand value can take a look at it.
More importantly, over time a CEO may buy or sell the company's stock. These changes in ownership must be disclosed on what's called a Form 4. These documents must be filed within two business days of the transactions. The Form 4, also available from the SEC's website, is the document that's most important since they contain most of the major transactions reported to the SEC.
Lastly, officers and directors must report any transactions that were exempt from being on a Form 4 on a Form 5.
Keep trying buddy this is an amended (old) paper work in order thing. SEPTEMBER 13 2016

Filing and Amending a Form D Notice
A Compliance Guide for Small Entities and Others*
Form D is a form to be used to file a notice of an exempt offering of securities with the Securities and Exchange Commission. Commission rules require the notice to be filed by companies and funds that have sold securities without registration under the Securities Act of 1933 in an offering based on a claim of exemption under Rule 504, 505 or 506 of Regulation D or Section 4(5) of that statute. Commission rules further require the notice to be filed within 15 days after the first sale of securities in the offering. For this purpose, the date of first sale is the date on which the first investor is irrevocably contractually committed to invest. If the due date falls on a Saturday, Sunday or holiday, it is moved to the next business day. The SEC does not charge any filing fee for a Form D notice or amendment.
THIS IS WHY I FEEL PGUS IS SO UNDERVALUED RIGHT NOW
What is Price?
To begin, we must first understand what price is. Financial theorists define stock price as the present value of all future earnings expectations for the company, divided by its number of shares outstanding. What this means is that the earning capacity of the company is what defines price. Often, companies can get significant value out of a relatively small investment in assets because the ability for those assets to make money is significant.
Even companies that lose money today can have a high share price because price is based on the future earnings of the company. No enterprise is in business to lose money, so the expectation is that every business will make money some day. So long as there is the potential for future revenue streams to shareholders, there will be a price that someone is willing to pay for the shares.
The earnings that a company could make in the future, the growth that the company could realize and the time to the realization of those goals are all factors which affect the estimate that the market makes on the earnings potential of the company.

I will place my bet, i'll take a 100 dollars worth please. 265000
I did not once say that you did not,you can pick any stock and you will hear the same story. You either play the game or take your ball and go home. When you get in a stock, do you have an exit strategy? Icld was clearly diluting but it ran from one penny to .0985 in a short time. I got in at .019 did not immediately enter my exit (got distracted) and forgot I did not. Missed a bigger move but ended with a little more than a double. That stock was really hyped. I said it would close the gap around .0285 when it was still around .04 And while I am on the subject, they are not through with icld, they are not through trapping investors. A big head fake is coming up. If you know how to play it you can gain a quick 25-40% before it nose dives for a long time.
I recently bought here. I am looking for a nice price move up within a month, maybe sooner. Had some big sells today around 7 million shares,21,000 dollars worth, hopefully that is done.
The last post was meant to be addressed to Montanore
All you guys know the deal with 99% of pennies. They are not going anywhere if you dont know that then you should put your cash into an annuity. We are in pennies because we are greedy and want easy money. Sometimes we get lucky and get on the right side of the money but there is ALWAYS AN UP AND DOWN in all pennies. After the down SOMETIMES if the business is real it continues to climb, if not it starts all over again, just the nature of penny land. If you got burned and believed the dream then move on. A bought lesson is sometimes the best lesson, believe me I learned the hard way. I dont care about anything except what I think the chart is saying. Not a lieing CEO or CFO. In the past I owned restricted shares in a penny and the CEO assured me that things were great. I bought restricted at .10 and it was trading at .25 with all it's filing on Edgar. When you buy restricted shares, it is a significant amount and you have to hold them for a year. Well long story short, the CEO and CFO went to jail. But the loyal shareholders got nothing. I believe in a chart, end of story.
